The more you practice an activity, the more fluent becomes its development, because the movements begin to be automatic, as if you were born knowing how to execute them. The objective of this study is to show how the realization of workshops about Art and Technology contributes to the Aesthetics Fluency and Technological Fluency of elementary school students. This research lasted a year and it was held in a municipal school in Campinas / SP. The participants were two fifth grade classes of elementary school with about 25 students each, which interacted with robotics kits, spare parts to assemble, educational laptops and an integrated development environment for programming (Scratch IDE). From the analysis of the results, it was concluded that the workshops with Art and Technology activities contributes to the Aesthetics Fluency and Technology Fluency for three reasons: 1 - It develops activities for the use of aesthetics and technology concepts, 2 - The student deals with abstract concepts in a practical way, 3 - It provides an environment for testing and debugging ideas. In addition, the emerging results indicate that students are more motivated to learn and to do the activities when: 1 ¿ They have to present the results of their work to their classmates and teachers, 2 - The activities are made from a simple example
